CGXBJ-1 Electrical Conveyor Belt Repair Machine mainly uses to repair the small area broken belt and restore the broken core layer. It’s repairing a spot or a piece of belt.
CGXBJ-2 Electrical conveyor belt repair machine can make up or repair the broken edges in a short time (usual 3 hours) after the stopping of conveyor machine, and it doesn’t dismantle the roller. It’s a wide usage comprehensive repairing machine, and its capability and operating methods are the same as the vulcanizer.
CGXBJ-3 Electrical conveyor belt repair machine, which can repair the longitudinal allusion of conveyor belt rapidly and usefully.
Maintenance of Vulcanizer
NO.1 Before operating the vulcanizer, the insulation resistance of heating plates should be checked. If it is too low, the heating plates should be dried by energized until the insulation value is up 50 MΩ to meet the operation requirement.
NO.2 During the operation or transportation, the equipments should be handled lightly.
NO.3 If carry the filed operation task, the waterproof methods should be prepared in advance to avoid the equipments being spoiled.
NO.4 After usage of the vulcanizer, it should be kept in the storehouse under the condition of less than 85% of relative humidity, and keep air circulation to avoid the erosion by rain or snow. Put the sleepers under the vulcanizer to avoid laying it on the ground directly, which is forbidden.
