Product introduction  

Microcomputer chip is the core of the DH-Ⅴ skid-detector, which is developed by ourselves and based on the DH-Ⅲ. DH-V skid-detector is used to check and measure the skid between conveyor belt and active roller during the process of conveyor running. And avoid the destructive accidents due to skid. On account of adopted the microcomputer chip, it‘s more reliable and its precision is further improved. Furthermore, it also can be realize the delay of starting process and self-reliable of the starting process, and we also can design it according to the requirements of clients.

No.3 Working Principle

  
The detector contacts with belts through touchwheel which tightly touches with the belt. When the touchwheel and motional belt run at linear velocity, the internal inspecting sensor is blocked by infrared transceiver light constantly, then output pulse signal, enter counting cell after being isolated by photoelectricity, meanwhile it reflects the actual belt speed. Belts’ Movement information, through infrared photoelectric sensor, input SCM pulse signal. After receiving signal, the SCM begin to process computing and judgment to monitor the stall of running belts. When the running speed of belts is under the normal speed of 25-30%, a switch signal will be sent out. Users can take advantage of this switch signal to achieve stall stands in their own controlled network, and prevent production accidents caused by skid.
